Terms and Conditions:

1. Reservation Confirmation:
a. For local bookings, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation and balance before offload.
b. For long-distance bookings, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation and balance before offload.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Deposits made for reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation after confirmation.
b. In the event of cancellation initiated by our side, the deposit will be fully refunded.

3. Additional Services:

a. Box and packing services are available at an additional cost.
b. A supplementary charge will be applied for services involving the navigation of flights of stairs.
